so that I can easily track contacts through different pipeline stages and manage outreach more effectively.

Context:

• Currently, CRM in GetSales supports only List View for contacts.

• Managing contact progression through stages (e.g. New → Contacted → Replied → Meeting → Won / Lost) is difficult without a visual pipeline.

• Board View would allow users to see the entire pipeline at a glance and drag & drop contacts between stages.

Value:

• Improves visibility of the contact funnel.

• Simplifies pipeline management for outreach teams.

• Reduces the need for external tools (Trello, HubSpot Deals, etc.) to manage contact flow.
