This is extremely important to me to be exposed via the API. The reason is that I’m running outbound automations for clients and they want my system to automatically blacklist contacts when their inbound sales reps add new people to their CRM. For instance, after a trade show.
So the concrete use case is a client of mine meets 100 people at a trade show. They add those contacts to a CRM (e.g. HubSpot). I want to build an integration that can instantly notify GetSales.io about those 100 contacts so that my automations never contact them.
Right now the workaround is very manual and quite inconvenient.
