Follow up tasks and Due date

Hi guys,

I run campaigns for a few different clients in GetSales. Once people start interacting, the campaigns are automatically paused, and we typically handle the follow-up manually—whether that’s replying to messages or giving someone a call.

What I find missing is the ability to create a manual follow-up task and assign a due date to it.

Once interactions become manual, the tool becomes a lot less useful, and we end up moving contacts into a separate CRM just to track next steps. Since there’s already a CRM page in GetSales, I think it would be really valuable to have the option to:

• Create a manual follow-up task for a contact

• Assign a due date

• Filter by due date or task status in the CRM view

Feels like it would be relatively easy to implement, and super helpful for staying on top of warm leads.

Curious—how are you all managing this? Would this be a useful feature for you too?
