Manage and Clean Up Pipeline Stages

As a campaign manager, I want to be able to delete and rename pipeline stages in the system, so that I can keep my lead views clean, relevant, and easy to manage.

Right now, unused or empty stages clutter the interface, making it harder to maintain a clear overview of active campaigns and lead progress. While I can create new stages, I can’t remove outdated or redundant ones – which leads to confusion and unnecessary noise in daily work.
