Setter Management/ User permissions

Let say that I have 5 people working for me.

How can I set up user permissions so that each user (Person 1, Person 2, etc.) can only:

1. Access their own account

2. View and manage only their own leads

3. Be restricted from viewing or accessing other users' accounts and leads
